He has a wealth of practical business knowledge and development experience, almost 3 decades of Business Experience.

He works with executive teams to design and implement change initiatives whether at Senior Executive or Team level. To achieve these aims, Morgan uses a range of learning tools and models, including the DiSC learning tools & assessments and training programmes built on DiSC & other tools, All of the Executive team training is driven by client needs.
