Peter is Managing partner with DNA, formerly Inscape (Irl) Ltd. He is also consulting partner with Blanchard International Ireland. Peter has over 25 years business experience, with a track record in business spanning 3 decades, working in ICT, Education and with experience in Financial services. He's held many executive positions & business roles over this period, up to MD level. Peter was the founding Director of a successful Educational Institution & Consultancy Business which he ran for eight years.
Peter has many years training experience and provides behavioural skills & change training with Leadership, Management & Sales. He has also substantial Business & Executive Coaching experience. Peter takes a 'whole-person-centred' approach to people development and change initiatives.
He's also worked in process centric environments, implementing workflow solutions. Peter is married with 2 children and lives in Dublin.
Morgan Pierse, F.C. Acc. MIITD. M Inst LM. Founding Director.
Consultant, Speaker, Trainer.
Morgan is the founder of DNA, formerly Inscape Ireland. His skills are highly sought after and he facilitates Leadership Development programmes internationally and in Ireland in close association with Ken Blanchard companies.
He has a wealth of practical business knowledge and development experience, almost 3 decades of Business Experience.
He works with executive teams to design and implement change initiatives whether at Senior Executive or Team level. To achieve these aims, Morgan uses a range of learning tools and models, including the DiSC learning tools & assessments and training programmes built on DiSC & other tools, All of the Executive team training is driven by client needs. In his executive career, Morgan has been a practicing Accountant for many years and the Director of one of the leading private hospitals in New Zealand.
Morgan has provided executive coaching across the globe with senior executives. He is married wih 3 children and lives in Dublin.
Angela Browne
Administration & Support Services.
Angel joined DNA in March ’08. She works in training, marketing & sales admin/support. She worked for many years with Ireland’s largest estate agent organisation, Sherry Fitzgerald. She will be working with supporting our customers and DiSC users on an ongoing basis.
