One of the most frustrating issues facing teams is more meetings and time without decisions. Team members need to know the boundaries of decision-making and agree upon how the team decisions are going to be made. Some decisions are taken at the individual level, others at team level, others at leader level and even more at organisational level. There are many decision-making methods and whether they are by consensus, majority rule, unanimous consent, or leader decides, it is important that appropriate methods are understood and agreed upon.
