At DISCovering, we use Wiley’s “Five Behaviours of a Team” profile to set the scene for teams to understand themselves and to have a reality check on their team functioning. Through skilful facilitation, we take teams on a journey where they can build real trust, engage in productive conflict, build commitment and accountability and deliver results that aren’t achievable or sustainable without the necessary team skills and awareness.
